载体是生物膜工艺处理污水的核心,为通过生态因子提高生物膜的运行效能,以改性聚氨酯填料(M P U )为研究对象,考察温度、有机底物浓度与水力停留时间等生态因子对生物膜系统运行效果的影响。结果表明:M PU生物膜系统经过10 d的启动运行,出水COD和氨氮去除率达到70%,逐渐形成稳定的生物膜。系统随温度升高出水COD和氨氮去除率提高,15℃时出水COD和氨氮可达到80%。系统进水COD由100 mg?L‐1增加至300 mg?L‐1时,出水COD去除率由60%增加至80%,氨氮去除率达到85%。生物膜系统随HRT延长出水COD和氨氮去除率呈增加趋势,HRT由2 h延长至8 h ,COD去除率由80%提高至90%,氨氮去除率达到96%。

Carrier is the dominant factor during biofilm process for waste water treatment ,in order to improve the operation efficiency of biofilm by ecological factors ,taking the modified polyurethane filler (M PU ) as re‐search object ,the effect of ecological factors on the performance of biofilm system was studied .The results showed that effluent COD and ammonia removal rate of MPU biofilm reactor achieved 70% after 10 days of op‐eration ,and formed a stable biofilm .The effluent COD and ammonia removal rate of biofilm system increased while enhancing the operation temperature .The effluent COD and ammonia removal rate achieved 80% while operating at 15℃ .While the influent COD enhanced from 100 mg?L‐1 to 300 mg?L‐1 ,effluent COD removal rate increased from 60% to 80% ,and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen achieved 85% .In additiont the effluent COD and ammonia removal rate increased while prolonged the HRT of biofilm system .The removal rate of COD increased from 80% to 90% and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reached 96% while prolonged HRT from 2 h to 8 h .
