资源型城市普遍面临着资源枯竭、环境污染、经济发展动力不足等问题，所以资源型城市未来发展方向的选择至关重要。为了实现可持续发展，这类城市建设生态城市就具有必然性、迫切性。由于资源型城市生态建设的复杂性，文章指出，资源型城市的生态建设必须采用新的思路和方法了解和解决环境问题；必须对环境生态的演化趋势、特点及存在的问题，建立起一套行之有效的动态监测与控制体系。
資源型城市普遍麵臨著資源枯竭、環境汙染、經濟髮展動力不足等問題，所以資源型城市未來髮展方嚮的選擇至關重要。為瞭實現可持續髮展，這類城市建設生態城市就具有必然性、迫切性。由于資源型城市生態建設的複雜性，文章指齣，資源型城市的生態建設必鬚採用新的思路和方法瞭解和解決環境問題；必鬚對環境生態的縯化趨勢、特點及存在的問題，建立起一套行之有效的動態鑑測與控製體繫。

As resource-dependent cities generally are faced with the problems such as exhausted resources , environmental pollution, slow economic growth, etc, it is crucial important for these cities to choose the di-rection of development in the future .In order to realize the sustainable development , it is necessary and ur-gent to build the ECO -cities.The article points out that in order to construct the ecological cities and due to its complexity, new ideas and methods must be adopted to solve the environmental problems and a set of ef-fective and dynamic monitoring and control systems must be established to acquaint the evolution trend , char-acteristics and problems of the environmental ecology .
