我国《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)对有机物指标的要求,给我国给水处理的运行带来了新的挑战。依照美国第一阶段消毒剂与消毒副产物标准中对有机物指标(TOC)的去除率要求,用美国ICR(Information Collection Rule)数据库分析了常规工艺及增加生物活性炭(BAC)的深度处理工艺对水中有机物的去除。结果表明,常规工艺对有机物的去除效果随原水的 TOC 增大而变好,随碱度增大而变差;对于水中有机物的去除,常规工艺的去除率中位数为32%,BAC的深度处理工艺中位数为40%。混凝和 BAC 工艺弥补了各自的不足,尤其是当原水碱度较高 TOC 较低,在混凝工艺后增加BAC工艺可以更好地去除水中的有机物。

The maximum allowance levels of organic matter by Standards for drinking water quality brought new challenges to the water treatment plant operations.According to the D/DBPs rule (stage 1 )of USA,this study made use of the ICR (Information Collection Rule) to analyze the organic matter removal in conventional water treatment process (CONV.)and advanced water treatment process (CONV.+BAC).The results showed that the organic removal of conventional process increased with the increase of TOC and de-creased with the increase of alkalinity in raw water.The median of the organic matter re-moval efficiencies in conventional process and advanced process with BAC were 3 2% and 4 0%,respectively.Coagulation and BAC could complement each other.When the raw wa-ter was with high alkalinity and low TOC,BAC following conventional process could signifi-cantly enhance the organic matter removal for regulatory compliance.
