通过在烤烟生长的伸根期、旺长期和成熟期控制土壤不同的水分含量,通过遮雨塑料大棚下的盆栽试验与田间简易遮雨棚下的田间试验研究了不同水分状态对烤烟“南江3号”的生理变化的影响。结果表明:适宜的土壤水分含量更有利于烤烟新品种“南江3号”的生长发育,烤烟生长发育期间的适宜烟田水分为伸根期60%、旺长期80%、成熟期为70%;适宜的水分状况下有利于烤烟根系发育生长,表明烤烟生长发育过程中充足的土壤水分供应对茎叶生长有利,土壤水分对烤烟的生长速率有显著的影响,水分充足烟株生长茂盛,在水分适宜条件下的营养生长期比雨养条件下延长了6.9 d。

Through controlling various moisture contents in field soil at root extending stage, vigorous growth stage and maturing stage of flue-cured tobacco new variety“Nanjiang 3”, and through conducting pot experiment in greenhouse and field test in sim-ple rainshed, we studied the effect of water status of tobacco field on the physiological changes of this variety.The results indicated that suitable soil moisture content was more beneficial to the growth and development of“Nanjiang 3”;the proper moisture content in tobacco field soil was 60%for root extending stage, 80%for vigorous growth stage, and 70%for maturing stage.The appropriate water status was conducive to the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco root system, showing that sufficient supply of water could promote the growth of leaf and stem of Nanjiang 3.Soil moisture content also had obvious influence on the growth rate of this variety, and it grew vigorously when soil moisture was adequate.The vegetative growth duration of“Nanjiang 3” under suitable wa-ter condition was 6.9 days longer than that under natural rainfall condition.
