在对区际产业转移与区域创新系统耦合特征分析的基础上,根据系统动力学原理与方法,从区际产业转移与区域创新系统耦合要素因果关系出发,建立区际产业转移与区域创新系统要素耦合的 SD 模型,并应用Vensim PLE对模型进行检验及仿真分析。结果发现,在欠发达地区承接产业转移过程中,加强中介机构、高校和科研院所的实力有助于提高区域创新能力。此外,产业转移技术水平对区域创新能力的影响比较复杂,在创新投入方面需要制定有针对性的产业技术转移政策。

Based on the coupling features analysis of interregional industry transfer and regional innovation system ,according to the principles and methods of system dynamics ,proceed from cause‐and‐effect relationship between theses coupling elements of inter‐regional industry transfer and regional innovation system ,then try to build the coupling Model of elements of interregional indus‐try transfer and regional innovation system ,not only so ,author simulates and analyzes the model with the help of Vensim PLE software .The results show that ,in the process of accepting industry transfer of underdeveloped area ,improve the intermediary institutions and universities and research institutes did contribute to improving regional innovation ability ,in addition ,the features that how industry transfer technology level affects regional innovation capability is very complex ,it is necessary to forming targe‐ted industrial technology transfer policy for innovation input .
