在以往创新能力指数研究的基础上，根据2012年国家工程技术研究中心数据，采用层次分析法，对不同技术领域、不同单位性质以及不同区域的国家工程技术研究中心进行技术创新能力指数测算，为评价国家工程技术研究中心的建设成效、运行管理与整体优化布局提供参考。
在以往創新能力指數研究的基礎上，根據2012年國傢工程技術研究中心數據，採用層次分析法，對不同技術領域、不同單位性質以及不同區域的國傢工程技術研究中心進行技術創新能力指數測算，為評價國傢工程技術研究中心的建設成效、運行管理與整體優化佈跼提供參攷。
재이왕창신능력지수연구적기출상，근거2012년국가공정기술연구중심수거，채용층차분석법，대불동기술영역、불동단위성질이급불동구역적국가공정기술연구중심진행기술창신능력지수측산，위평개국가공정기술연구중심적건설성효、운행관리여정체우화포국제공삼고。
National Engineering Research Center is an important part of national science and technology development strate‐gy .Based on the previous studies on the Innovation Index ,this paper establishes the Technological Innovation indicator system ,consulting design standard of the State Ministry of Science and Technology ,and describes the estimation of the in‐dicator system based on A HP method .Finally ,the Technological Innovation Index of National Engineering Research Cen‐ter according to the data in the period of 2012 has been shown by industry ,unit character and region .The purpose of this paper is to provide some relevant suggestions for development and improvement of National Engineering Research Center and optimizing the science and technology resource distribution .
