以青岛市JS社区为例，相较于传统市民化方式和居村农民市民化，以建设新型农村社区来推进市民化具有比较优势与条件优势，因此是一条切实可行的农民市民化路径。总结出为了优化市民化路径，应规避农民资产处理、产业发展、思想观念等障碍，最后提出了保障农民权益、优化产业布局、完善社区功能等具体解决措施。

Through the case study of JS community in Qingdao city, the author considered that:as compared with the modes of traditional citizenization and village peasant citizenization, the mode of peasantry citizenization boosted by new-type rural communi-ty construction had comparative advantage and conditional advantage, thus it was a feasible pathway of peasantry citizenization.It was further concluded that such obstacles as peasant property management, industrial development and ideology should be avoided in order to optimize the pathway of peasantry citizenization.Finally, some specific solutions such as guaranteeing peasant's rights and interests, optimizing industrial layout, and improving community function were put forward.
