辅导员在高校人才培养中发挥着至关重要的作用，建设一支高水平、职业化的辅导员队伍，对提高思想政治教育工作的实效性尤为重要。而当前普遍认为辅导员只是一个“岗位”还不是一种“职业”，从而导致队伍建设中出现了各种问题。文章主要通过分析当前高校辅导员队伍职业化存在的突出问题，对高校辅导员队伍职业化建设进行了对策探讨。

Counselors play a vital role in university talent training, so building a high-level and career-oriented counselor team is of particular importance for improving the effectiveness of ideologi-cal and political education. But currently, it is generally consid-ered that the counselor is merely a "post", instead of a "career", resulting in a variety of problems in the team construction. Through analyzing the prominent problems existing in the current career-oriented development of the university counselor team, this paper mainly explores solutions to the career-oriented con-struction of the university counselor team.
