本文从一个大学新教师的角度,分析当代青年教师教学中存在的问题,提出青年教师可从听(多听课,多被听课)、看(看视频,看书籍)、练(练习备课,参加教学竞技比赛)、聊(与学生互动交流)、思(教学反思)等五个方面,实现教学能力的自我提升,达到个人、专业及组织教学的共同发展。
本文從一箇大學新教師的角度,分析噹代青年教師教學中存在的問題,提齣青年教師可從聽(多聽課,多被聽課)、看(看視頻,看書籍)、練(練習備課,參加教學競技比賽)、聊(與學生互動交流)、思(教學反思)等五箇方麵,實現教學能力的自我提升,達到箇人、專業及組織教學的共同髮展。
본문종일개대학신교사적각도,분석당대청년교사교학중존재적문제,제출청년교사가종은(다은과,다피은과)、간(간시빈,간서적)、련(연습비과,삼가교학경기비새)、료(여학생호동교류)、사(교학반사)등오개방면,실현교학능력적자아제승,체도개인、전업급조직교학적공동발전。
From a new university teacher's point of view, the young teachers' problems during their teaching were analyzed. Five approaches for self-improving the teaching ability were dis-cussed including listen (attend and be attended more lectures), read (video and books), practice (well-prepared lessons and par-ticipate in teaching competition), communication (talk more to the students) and reflection (teaching reflection after classes). Indi-vidual ability, major and organization can be all developed if the young teachers' teaching ability had been improved.
