本文从一个大学新教师的角度，分析当代青年教师教学中存在的问题，提出青年教师可从听（多听课，多被听课）、看（看视频，看书籍）、练（练习备课，参加教学竞技比赛）、聊（与学生互动交流）、思（教学反思）等五个方面，实现教学能力的自我提升，达到个人、专业及组织教学的共同发展。
본문종일개대학신교사적각도，분석당대청년교사교학중존재적문제，제출청년교사가종은（다은과，다피은과）、간（간시빈，간서적）、련（연습비과，삼가교학경기비새）、료（여학생호동교류）、사（교학반사）등오개방면，실현교학능력적자아제승，체도개인、전업급조직교학적공동발전。
From a new university teacher's point of view, the young teachers' problems during their teaching were analyzed. Five approaches for self-improving the teaching ability were dis-cussed including listen (attend and be attended more lectures), read (video and books), practice (well-prepared lessons and par-ticipate in teaching competition), communication (talk more to the students) and reflection (teaching reflection after classes). Indi-vidual ability, major and organization can be all developed if the young teachers' teaching ability had been improved.
