通过不同固化剂及各种添加剂对环氧固化物性能的影响实验,研制出一种汽车点火线圈用环氧灌封料。该灌封料具有良好的渗透性,浇注过的点火线圈在-40~120℃的条件下,经30个冷热循环冲击实验不开裂,完全满足汽车点火线圈用环氧灌封料的要求。

Through the effect tests of different curing agent and various additives on the properties of cured epoxy meterial, this artical finally developed an epoxy potting compound for the automobile ignition coil. The potting compound has good permeability,the ignition coil poured with the potting material did not crack after the successive thirty hot and cold cycle impact test under the condition of from-40℃ to+120℃,and the potting compound fully meets the requirements for epoxy potting material for automobile ignition coil.
