目的:观察 PCDA 循环系统在骨科带教中的应用及影响,提高骨科临床带教水平。方法:选取60名本年度在我院骨科转科的实习生,再随机地分成观察组和对照组:对照组带教医师采用我院传统的一对一的带教,观察组带教医师采用 PCDA 循环系统模式进行带教。同时带教4周,观察两组学生的实习效果,调查考核小组和上级医师检验带教的综合评分。结果:观察组学生的实习效果明显比对照组好(P<0.05),考核小组和上级医师对观察组检验带教的综合评分明显比对照组的高(P<0.05)。结论:PCDA 循环系统在骨科带教中的应用取得良好的收效,可以有效地提高临床带教水平,临床上可以推广使用。

목적:관찰 PCDA 순배계통재골과대교중적응용급영향,제고골과림상대교수평。방법:선취60명본년도재아원골과전과적실습생,재수궤지분성관찰조화대조조:대조조대교의사채용아원전통적일대일적대교,관찰조대교의사채용 PCDA 순배계통모식진행대교。동시대교4주,관찰량조학생적실습효과,조사고핵소조화상급의사검험대교적종합평분。결과:관찰조학생적실습효과명현비대조조호(P<0.05),고핵소조화상급의사대관찰조검험대교적종합평분명현비대조조적고(P<0.05)。결론:PCDA 순배계통재골과대교중적응용취득량호적수효,가이유효지제고림상대교수평,림상상가이추엄사용。
Objective: To observe the influence and application of PCDA circulatory system in orthopedics instructing teaching, and improve the level of orthopedics clinical instructing teaching. Methods: 60 orthopedics interns for this year in our hospital were selected and then randomly divided into observation group and control group: the traditional one-to-one instructing teaching style of our hospital was used for the control group, and PCDA circulatory system was used for the observation group. During 4 weeks of instructing teaching, the practice effects of the two groups were observed, the investigation and evaluation group and superior doctors marked comprehensive scores for the instructing teaching. Results: The practice effect of the observation group is significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05), the comprehensive score marked by the evaluation group and superi-or doctors for the instructing teaching of the observation group is significantly higher than that for the instructing teaching of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of PCDA circulatory system to the instructing teaching of orthopedics has achieved good effect, indicating that it can effectively improve the level of clinical instructing teaching, so it can be extended clini-cally.
