文章基于强化理论对现行高校国防教育教学方法进行了分析。作者认为通过军训集中体现的高校国防教育核心任务在于学员主动性的培养和引导。作者主要运用强化理论，并结合双因子理论和三因素模式等研究方法对高校国防教育任务进行了分解。在对各高校现行国防教育教学方法的特征进行共性总结的基础之上，作者运用强化理论中的社会学习理论和程序教学方法提出了以军训连队为载体的高校国防教育教学体系。

This paper analyzes the current teaching methods for college national defense education based on reinforcement theory. The writer holds that the core task embodied in military training lies in the cultivation and guidance of students' initiative. There-fore, the writer mainly specifies the tasks of college national de-fense education by using reinforcement theory combined with such research methods as two-factor theory and three-factor the-ory. Based on summarizing the similarities of the current teaching methods for national defense education in colleges, the writer us-es social learning theory and procedure teaching method in rein-forcement theory to propose the teaching system for college na-tional defense education with military training company as the carrier.
