地方高师院校在教学团队建设中存在概念混淆与定位模糊、建设理念缺乏师范性视野引领、组织结构弱化了教师教育的整体性和“双专业性”等三大问题。为此,有必要在阐明教学团队内涵的基础上对地方高师院校教学团队的内涵、特征和功能进行全新解读,以廓清地方高师院校教学团队建设面临的困境。
地方高師院校在教學糰隊建設中存在概唸混淆與定位模糊、建設理唸缺乏師範性視野引領、組織結構弱化瞭教師教育的整體性和“雙專業性”等三大問題。為此,有必要在闡明教學糰隊內涵的基礎上對地方高師院校教學糰隊的內涵、特徵和功能進行全新解讀,以廓清地方高師院校教學糰隊建設麵臨的睏境。

In the construction of teaching team, there are three major problems in local teachers' colleges, including confused concept and position, lack of the guidance from a normal educa-tion vision, the weakening of the integrity of teacher education and "double-major", etc. Based on clarifying the connotation of the teaching team, this article tries to give new interpretations to the connotation, features and functions of the local teachers' col-lege teaching team.
