以日照市2012年土地利用变更调查数据为基础，运用多样化指数、洛伦茨曲线和区位熵定量化分析日照市土地利用数量结构和空间结构；选取土地利用率、垦殖率和森林覆盖率3个指标对日照市土地利用程度进行研究，并从经济效益、社会效益和生态效益3个方面评价日照市土地利用效益。在土地利用现状分析的基础上，找出日照市土地利用存在的问题，并提出相应的对策建议，以期为优化日照市土地利用结构提供参考。

Based on the land change survey data of Rizhao City of 2012,the paper uses diversity index and Lorenz curve and location entropy to quantitatively analyses the quantitative structure and spatial structure of land use.Through the land use rate,reclamation rate and forest coverage rate,the paper stud-ies the land use degree of Rizhao City.The paper reviews the land use efficiency based on economic-effi-ciency,social-efficiency and eco-efficiency.Based on the analysis of land use status,the paper finds out problems and proposes the countermeasures.The paper aims at providing reference for optimizing the land use structure of Rizhao city.
