我国很多风场建立在山区或沿海地带,进场道路蜿蜒曲折,且风机叶片均较长,若按传统的运输方式运输叶片将难以通过且不能保证运输的安全性。提出了新型叶片运输方案,通过叶片方位角调整机构可改变叶片的方位角,在运输过程中躲避周围山体、丛林等障碍物,提高了运输的通过性;提出了采用激光测距系统对运输路线进行前期道路勘查,实际运输时采用超声波系统避障报警,提高了运输的安全性;通过试验,验证了运输方案的可行性。

Many of our wind fields are built on mountainous or coastal areas, and the road is twists and turns. As for the wind turbine blades are too long, the traditional transportation may not achieve and can’t guarantee the security. This paper proposed a new type of blade transport solutions, using blade azimuth adjustment mechanism which can change the azimuth angle of the blade, so as to avoid the surrounding mountains, jungles and other obstacles in the transport process, and improve access of transportation. We also proposed an idea by using laser measuring for pre-road exploration and using ultrasonic obstacle avoidance system in the actual transportation to improve the safe-ty. We also use test to verify the feasibility of the transport solutions.
