以径向止推联合轴承为研究对象,采用三维建模,结构化及非结构化网格相结合的方式,运用有限体积法对三维稳态可压缩N-S方程进行求解,同时与独立的径向轴承承载特性进行了对比分析。结果表明:在径向轴承仿真与径向止推轴承结合仿真的对比中,径向轴承仿真承载力要略大于联合仿真的承载力。
以徑嚮止推聯閤軸承為研究對象,採用三維建模,結構化及非結構化網格相結閤的方式,運用有限體積法對三維穩態可壓縮N-S方程進行求解,同時與獨立的徑嚮軸承承載特性進行瞭對比分析。結果錶明:在徑嚮軸承倣真與徑嚮止推軸承結閤倣真的對比中,徑嚮軸承倣真承載力要略大于聯閤倣真的承載力。

The difference of the load capacity among combined radial-thrust combined bearing simulation, the radial bearings simulation and the thrust bearings simulation based on the radial-thrust gas bearing were studied in this pa-per. A kind of three dimensional model based on numerical method was developed. Structured mesh was combined with unstructured mesh in the meshing. The finite volume method was used to solve the three dimensional model compressible N-S equations. The results show that the load capacity of the radial bearing simulation is slightly larger than the load capacity of the radial-thrust bearing combined simulation in contrast to the thrust bearing combined simulation and radial bearing simulation.
