目的：评估小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗儿童干眼症的效果。方法：100例（200眼）干眼症儿童被随机平均分为对照组和实验组，对照组用0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液，每日4次，实验组用小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶，每日4次；两组同时针对病因治疗。对比分析治疗前与治疗后30 d 的症状评分、泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）、角膜荧光素染色评分。结果：两组治疗前、后各项评分比较差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；两组治疗后各项评分比较差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶能有效治疗儿童干眼症。

목적：평고소우혈거단백제취물안용응효치료인동간안증적효과。방법：100례（200안）간안증인동피수궤평균분위대조조화실험조，대조조용0.1%파리산납적안액，매일4차，실험조용소우혈거단백제취물안용응효，매일4차；량조동시침대병인치료。대비분석치료전여치료후30 d 적증상평분、루액분비시험、루막파렬시간（BUT）、각막형광소염색평분。결과：량조치료전、후각항평분비교차이유통계학의의（P <0.05）；량조치료후각항평분비교차이유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론：소우혈거단백제취물안용응효능유효치료인동간안증。
Objective:To evaluate the clinic efficacy of protein - free calf blood extract ophthalmic gel on healing children dry eye. Methods:One hundred patients(50 patients each group)with children dry eye were divided into two groups random-ly. The control group was droped sodium hyaluronate eye drop four times per day and experimental group was droped protein -free calf blood extract ophthalmic gel four times per day. Both groups received the depathogeny treatment at the same time. symptom scores,schirmer test values,tear break - up time(BUT),cornea fluorescein staining scores were recorded on the prior treatment and 30 days post - treatment,then they were analyzed. Results:There were significant statistic difference(P < 0. 05) of items before and after treatment. And there were significant statistic difference(P < 0. 05)in the same items of post - treat-ment between the two groups. Conclusion:There is a clearly beneficial effect for protein - free calf blood extract ophthalmic gel on healing children dry eye.
