目的：比较传统解剖钢板与LISS在股骨远端关节骨折中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的88例股骨远端关节骨折患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各44例，对照组患者采用传统解剖钢板治疗，观察组患者采用LISS解剖钢板治疗，比较两组患者的术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症情况。结果观察组患者的术中出血量、住院时间及骨折愈合时间均少于对照组患者，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为4.5%，显著低于对照组患者的22.7%，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 LISS术治疗股骨远端关节骨折的临床疗效优于传统解剖钢板治疗，值得临床进一步推广使用。
목적：비교전통해부강판여LISS재고골원단관절골절중적응용효과。방법장아원수치적88례고골원단관절골절환자수궤분위관찰조여대조조，매조각44례，대조조환자채용전통해부강판치료，관찰조환자채용LISS해부강판치료，비교량조환자적술중출혈량、주원시간、골절유합시간、술후병발증정황。결과관찰조환자적술중출혈량、주원시간급골절유합시간균소우대조조환자，조간차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。관찰조환자술후병발증발생솔위4.5%，현저저우대조조환자적22.7%，조간차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론 LISS술치료고골원단관절골절적림상료효우우전통해부강판치료，치득림상진일보추엄사용。
Objective To compare the traditional anatomical plate and LISS application effect in the distal femoral articular fractures. Methods Our hospital 88 cases of patients with fracture of the distal femoral joints were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 44 cases,control group were treated by traditional anatomical plate treatment,observation group of patients treated with LISS anatomical steel plate,the comparison of two groups of patients with intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time, fracture healing time, postoperative complications.Results Observation group of patients with intraoperative blood loss, length of hospital stay and patients with fracture healing time were less than the control group, difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0. 05).Observation group of patients the incidence of postoperative complications was 4.5%, significantly lower than the control group 22.7%of the patients, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of LISS distal femur articular fractures of clinical curative effect is superior to the traditional anatomical plate,is worth further clinical use.
