为实现欧洲各国教师教育的共通性,促进教师在欧洲各国的流动,“欧洲教育结构调整”项目制定了教师教育标准,对教师教育的学位资格框架、能力标准、学分转换制度和学习、教学、评价方法及质量保障与提高进行了详细阐述。教师教育标准彰显出面向利益相关者的综合化价值取向、以能力为导向以及一致性与多样性相结合的特征,对欧洲各国教师教育课程设置与教学改革具有导向作用。
為實現歐洲各國教師教育的共通性,促進教師在歐洲各國的流動,“歐洲教育結構調整”項目製定瞭教師教育標準,對教師教育的學位資格框架、能力標準、學分轉換製度和學習、教學、評價方法及質量保障與提高進行瞭詳細闡述。教師教育標準彰顯齣麵嚮利益相關者的綜閤化價值取嚮、以能力為導嚮以及一緻性與多樣性相結閤的特徵,對歐洲各國教師教育課程設置與教學改革具有導嚮作用。
위실현구주각국교사교육적공통성,촉진교사재구주각국적류동,“구주교육결구조정”항목제정료교사교육표준,대교사교육적학위자격광가、능력표준、학분전환제도화학습、교학、평개방법급질량보장여제고진행료상세천술。교사교육표준창현출면향이익상관자적종합화개치취향、이능력위도향이급일치성여다양성상결합적특정,대구주각국교사교육과정설치여교학개혁구유도향작용。
In order to promote the commonality and intercommunity of teacher education in European countries,Standards for Teacher Education has been introduced in Tuning Educational Structures in Europe.The Standards for Teacher Education cover degree qualifications,learning outcomes and com-petences,workload and ECTS,learning,teaching and assessment (TLA),quality enhancement and so on.The Standards are characterized by comprehensive orientation for stakeholders,based on com-petences,combined convergence and diversity,which plays an oriented role in European teacher edu-cation reform.
