目的:调查具有正常生育能力、围绝经期和绝经早期妇女骨密度(BMD)测量值和身体成分的变化,分析身体成分对BMD的影响。方法:采用韩国OsteoSys公司生产的EXA-3000型前臂双能X线骨密度测定器,检测在体检中心健康体检者非惯用手前臂远端BMD,对300例围绝经期妇女、300例绝经早期妇女和300例正常生育妇女进行BMD测量,记录身高、体重及体质量指数(BMI)。结果:围绝经期和绝经早期妇女的体质量、BMI和BMD均低于对照组。结论:低体重是绝经后妇女发生骨质疏松(OP)的重要危险因素之一;骨量流失从围绝经期开始,绝经后骨质疏松防治工作应及早实施。

목적:조사구유정상생육능력、위절경기화절경조기부녀골밀도(BMD)측량치화신체성분적변화,분석신체성분대BMD적영향。방법:채용한국OsteoSys공사생산적EXA-3000형전비쌍능X선골밀도측정기,검측재체검중심건강체검자비관용수전비원단BMD,대300례위절경기부녀、300례절경조기부녀화300례정상생육부녀진행BMD측량,기록신고、체중급체질량지수(BMI)。결과:위절경기화절경조기부녀적체질량、BMI화BMD균저우대조조。결론:저체중시절경후부녀발생골질소송(OP)적중요위험인소지일;골량류실종위절경기개시,절경후골질소송방치공작응급조실시。
Objective:To investigate the perioperative changes with normal fertility, menopause and menopausal women early measurement of bone mineral density and body composition, analysis of the influence of body composition on BMD. Methods:Using dual energy X-ray bone density meter EXA-3000 forearm Korea OsteoSys company production, testing since 2008 in our examination center health check-up non-dominant distal forearm bone mineral density (BMD), bone density measurement of 300 perimenopausal women, 300 cases of postmenopausal women and 300 normal fertile women, record height, weight and body mass index (BMI). Results:The perimenopausal and early postmenopausal group group body weight, BMI and bone density were lower than the control. Conclusion:The low weight of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women (OP) is one of the important risk factors; bone loss from the beginning of menopause, postmenopausal osteoporosis prevention and control should be implemented as early as possible.
