目的:研制γ-亚麻酸甲酯纳米乳制剂并对其进行质量评价。方法优选γ-亚麻酸甲酯纳米乳剂处方,评价制剂的结构、形态、分散性及稳定性。结果以聚乙二醇400作助表面活性剂,当表面活性剂聚山梨酯80与γ-亚麻酸甲酯质量比为1:2时,制得了γ-亚麻酸甲酯纳米乳剂,γ-亚麻酸甲酯在乳剂中含量为25%。γ-亚麻酸甲酯纳米乳在透射电镜下呈圆球形,平均粒径为60 nm,室温保存6个月后纳米乳分散均匀且稳定好。结论获得了性质稳定的γ-亚麻酸甲酯纳米乳,为开发γ-亚麻酸注射剂奠定了基础。

목적:연제γ-아마산갑지납미유제제병대기진행질량평개。방법우선γ-아마산갑지납미유제처방,평개제제적결구、형태、분산성급은정성。결과이취을이순400작조표면활성제,당표면활성제취산리지80여γ-아마산갑지질량비위1:2시,제득료γ-아마산갑지납미유제,γ-아마산갑지재유제중함량위25%。γ-아마산갑지납미유재투사전경하정원구형,평균립경위60 nm,실온보존6개월후납미유분산균균차은정호。결론획득료성질은정적γ-아마산갑지납미유,위개발γ-아마산주사제전정료기출。
Objective To research and prepare the γ-linolenic acid ( GLA ) methyl ester nanoemulsion and to evaluate its quality. Methods The formulation of the GLA methyl ester nanoemulsion was optimized. The IR spectrum, TEM image of the liquid droplets, size distribution, dispersity and stability of GLA methyl ester nanoemulsion were studied. Results The GLA methyl ester nanoemulsion were prepared with PEG400 as the cosurfactant and when the weight ratio of the surfactant polysorbate 80 to GLA methyl ester was 1:2. The content of GLA methyl ester in the nanoemulsion was 25%. The electron microscopy results showed that the GLA methyl ester na-noemulsions presented as small spherical drops with a mean diameter of 60 nm, and the nanoemulsion was uniformly dispersed and bet-ter stable in the preservation at least 6 months under the room temperature. Conclusion The stable GLA methyl ester nanoemulsion is obtained by this experiment, which lays the foundation for developing GLA injection.
