目的:分析改良器械清洗程序和传统器械清洗程序的应用价值差异,探讨改良后的器械清洗程序在眼科手术器械清洗中的应用。方法:选择眼科手术室使用的手术器械作为研究样本,根据清洗方式不同将其分为观察组(接受改良器械清洗程序)和对照组(采用传统器械清洗程序),比较清洗和功能质量抽检结果、隐血试验阳性率、器械更换率及眼部感染发生率等差异。结果:①观察组接受改良器械清洗程序后其清洗质量和功能质量的合格率均显著高于采用传统清洗程序的对照组,差异有统计学意义(x2=8.933,x2=6.920;P<0.05);②观察组器械清洗后的隐血试验阳性率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x2=7.886,P<0.05);③观察组器械清洗后的报损率和发生眼部感染的概率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x2=10.044,x2=3.942;P<0.05)。结论:改良器械清洗程序可以有效提高眼科手术器械的清洗效果,减少器械带血及带菌,降低器械报损及更换率。

Objective: To analyze the effect of improved application equipment cleaning procedures and traditional procedures on ophthalmic surgery. Methods: Chosen ophthalmic surgical instruments as study subject, randomly divided into observation group accepting modified equipment cleaning procedures and control group accepting traditional instrument cleaning procedures, compare the cleaning and functional quality results, occult blood test and equipment replacement rates and eye infections rate, and so on. Results:1)After receiving cleaning procedures, observation group’s cleaning and functional quality of the pass rates were significantly higher than control group(x2=8.933, x2=6.920;P<0.05);2)occult blood test positive rate in the observation group after cleaning equipment was significantly lower than control group(x2=7.886, P<0.05). 3)Eye infection rate in the observation group after cleaning equipment was significantly lower than the control group(x2=10.044, x2=3.942;P<0.05). Conclusion:The modified equipment cleaning procedures can effectively improve the cleaning effect ophthalmic surgical instruments, reducing equipment contaminated with blood and improved equipment to reduce the reported loss and replacement rates.
