目的:观察依诺肝素钠治疗非ST段抬高心肌梗死患者的疗效,同时提出相应的护理策略。方法选取47例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为观察组24例和对照组23例。观察组给予依诺肝素钠注射液治疗,对照组给予普通肝素钠注射液治疗,同时对两组患者给予针对性护理干预。对两组患者的心肌梗死标志物、心血管性事件、血脂参数、血清氧化型低密度脂蛋白( ox-LDL )和高敏C-反应蛋白( hs-CRP )进行检测分析。结果两组患者用药后除高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)外所有指标均显著改善( P<0.05),观察组心肌梗死标志物、出血及心绞痛事件、血脂参数、ox-LDL及hs-CRP的改善程度显著优于对照组( P<0.05)。结论依诺肝素钠治疗非ST段抬高心肌梗死效果好且不良反应发生率低,实施针对性护理干预有助于患者的恢复,值得临床推广。

목적:관찰의낙간소납치료비ST단태고심기경사환자적료효,동시제출상응적호리책략。방법선취47례급성심기경사환자,수궤분위관찰조24례화대조조23례。관찰조급여의낙간소납주사액치료,대조조급여보통간소납주사액치료,동시대량조환자급여침대성호리간예。대량조환자적심기경사표지물、심혈관성사건、혈지삼수、혈청양화형저밀도지단백( ox-LDL )화고민C-반응단백( hs-CRP )진행검측분석。결과량조환자용약후제고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)외소유지표균현저개선( P<0.05),관찰조심기경사표지물、출혈급심교통사건、혈지삼수、ox-LDL급hs-CRP적개선정도현저우우대조조( P<0.05)。결론의낙간소납치료비ST단태고심기경사효과호차불량반응발생솔저,실시침대성호리간예유조우환자적회복,치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of enoxaparin sodium for treating the patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, and to propose the corresponding nursing strategy. Methods 47 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group ( 24 cases ) and the control group ( 23 cases ) . The observation group was given the enoxaparin sodium injection treatment, while the control group was given the common hep-arin sodium therapy. At the same time the two groups were performed the targeted nursing intervention;the myocardial infarction mark-ers, cardiovascular events, lipid parameters, serum oxidized low-density lipoprotein and high sensitive C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP ) were de-tected for conducting the statistical analysis. Results All indicators except HDL-C after medication in the two groups were significantly improved ( P<0. 05 );the improvement degrees of the myocardial infarction markers, bleeding, angina events, lipid parameters, ox-LDL and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Enoxaparin sodium has better effect and low occurrence rate of adverse reactions for treating non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction;implementing the targeted nursing intervention is conducive to the patient's recovery and worthy of clinical promotion.
