目的：调查某院质子泵抑制剂在医院门急诊处方中的使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法调出2014年2月门急诊电子处含有质子泵抑制剂的1537张处方进行调查分析。结果质子泵抑制剂门急诊处方使用率7.51%，金额占总药品金额的3.64%，注射剂及口服制剂使用率为13.76%和86.24%。处方数及金额以雷贝拉唑居第1位，不合理处方中临床诊断与质子泵抑制剂药品说明书规定的适应证不符，使用剂量超说明书规定最多。结论质子泵抑制剂使用有滥用现象，应采取综合措施规范质子泵抑制剂的使用。

Objective To investigate the use situation of proton pump inhibitors ( PPIs ) in the outpatient and emergency prescriptions in a hospital in order to provide reference for clinical rational medication. Methods 1 537 pieces of prescriptions containing PPIs from February, 2014 were performed the investigation and analysis. Results The use rate of PPIs in the outpatient and emergency prescrip-tions reached 7. 51%, and the consumption sum accounted for 3. 64% of the total drugs consumption sum. The use rates of injections and oral preparations were 13. 76% and 86. 24% respectively. Rabeprazole ranked first in the PPIs prescriptions number and consump-tion sum. In the unreasonable prescriptions, the majority were that the clinical diagnosis was not in accord with the indication specified by the instructions and the used dosage exceeded the instruction stipulation. Conclusion The misuse phenomenon of PPIs exists, there-fore the comprehensive measures should be adopted to standardize the PPIs use.
