通过分析新媒体语境下高校思想政治教育教师专业发展的必要性，基于知识学习、技能增长、素养提升3个向度构建高校思想政治教育教师专业发展目标，拉动、推动、助动教师专业发展，并从知识、技能、素养3个方面有针对性地提出相关策略。

통과분석신매체어경하고교사상정치교육교사전업발전적필요성，기우지식학습、기능증장、소양제승3개향도구건고교사상정치교육교사전업발전목표，랍동、추동、조동교사전업발전，병종지식、기능、소양3개방면유침대성지제출상관책략。
Based on the analysis of the necessity of the professional development of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities in the new media context,the thesis constructs the target of the ideological and political teachers' professional development in university from the aspects of the knowledge learning,skill growth,quality upgrading to pull and push the professional development of teachers.Then the related strategies about knowledge, skill and quality are put forward.
