菌核病严重影响油菜产量。开展油菜菌核菌致病机理研究可为选育高抗菌核病油菜品种提供理论基础。综述了油菜菌核菌的病原学特征、菌核菌致病机理、寄主应答以及油菜抗菌核菌分子机制的研究进展,并对油菜菌核菌致病机理所面临的问题和研究趋势进行了总结和展望。

Sclerotinia sclerotiorum influences the yield of Brassica napus seriously. Research on pathogenic mechanism of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in oilseed rape can provide the theoretical foundation for breeding. In this paper,the research pro-gress on etiology characteristics,pathogenic mechanism of Sclerotium sclerotium,the host response and resistance mecha-nism of Brassica napus to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were summarized,and the current problems and research trend on patho-genic mechanism of Sclerotium sclerotium were prospected.
