世界经济快速的发展、科学技术的进步、客户需求的多样化和产品生产技术的进步等使得传统的纵向一体化的管理模式弊端日益显露。20世纪80年代以来，世界上的很多企业改变传统的经营管理模式，而采用横向一体化的模式，也就是供应链管理的模式，本文主要针对其成本控制问题进行探讨。
世界經濟快速的髮展、科學技術的進步、客戶需求的多樣化和產品生產技術的進步等使得傳統的縱嚮一體化的管理模式弊耑日益顯露。20世紀80年代以來，世界上的很多企業改變傳統的經營管理模式，而採用橫嚮一體化的模式，也就是供應鏈管理的模式，本文主要針對其成本控製問題進行探討。

The rapid development of world economy and the progress of science and technology,the diversification of customer requirements and production technology management mode makes the traditional vertical integration of malpractice becoming obvious,since the 1980 s,many enterprises in the world change the traditional management mode,and adopts the model of horizontal integration,which is the model of supply chain management,this paper focuses on the cost control problems are discussed.
