解决好三农问题是全党工作的重中之重，怎样围绕党建推动科学发展，在服务三农中不断增强党组织的凝聚力与战斗力，对新时期农业高校党建工作提出了新的挑战。在新时期农林高校党建工作与服务三农的创新实践中，北京农学院党委以立足首都、服务新农村建设、推进学校基层党建工作为出发点，创新开展高校党支部与农村党支部“双百对接”活动，有效地解决了农业生产中的实际问题，促进了产业发展和农民增收致富，实现了党支部的共建双赢，为新时期农林高校在党建创新与服务三农的实践方面做出了有益的探索。

Solving the issues of agriculture,rural and farmers (three rural)is the most important for CPC,how about promoting scientific development with party construction,how about continuing to strengthen the CPC's cohesion and combat effectiveness,which raises new challenges for agricultural colleges of party construction in the new period.In the new time of party construction work and service three rural innovative practice,the CPC Beijing University of Agriculture Committee focus on the capital,new rural construction services,promoting grass roots of the school party construction work,launching the cooperation of College Party branches and rural Party branches, which called“double hundred cooperation”.The campaigns effectively solve practical problems in agricultural production,promote industrial development and farmers to get rich,and achieve a win-win situation for Party branches,which makes a useful exploration for party construction of Agricultural and Forestry University in the new period of innovation and service three rural practice.
