基于现代信息技术的在线培训以其特有的跨越时空限制、信息丰富、容量巨大、传播速度迅速、实现教学互动等特点，把高职师资培训带到了一个崭新的阶段，成为提高教师综合素质的一种新型有效的培训工具。从目前教师专业发展的现状和形成原因入手，在对比传统培训模式的基础上，讨论场上与线上培训的区别与特点，提出运用现代信息技术进行在场与在线相结合的培训模式，从而促进师资整体专业水平有效提高。
