目的：为中成药的临床合理应用提供参考。方法对医院2009年至2013年收集的145例中成药不良反应报告进行统计和分析。结果145例中成药不良反应中，52例60岁以上患者，占35.86%；给药途径以静脉滴注为主，共120例，占82.76%；不良反应累及器官或系统最多的是皮肤及其附件，共77例，占53.10%。结论加强中成药不良反应监测，促进其合理使用，以减少和避免不良反应发生。

목적：위중성약적림상합리응용제공삼고。방법대의원2009년지2013년수집적145례중성약불량반응보고진행통계화분석。결과145례중성약불량반응중，52례60세이상환자，점35.86%；급약도경이정맥적주위주，공120례，점82.76%；불량반응루급기관혹계통최다적시피부급기부건，공77례，점53.10%。결론가강중성약불량반응감측，촉진기합리사용，이감소화피면불량반응발생。
Objective To provide reference for rational use of traditional Chinese patent medicines in clinic. Methods 145 cases of ad-verse drug reactions ( ADR ) reports collected in our hospital during January 2009 to December 2013 were performed the statistical analysis. Results Among 145 cases of ADR,52 cases were over 60 years old and accounted for 36. 86%;the administration route was dominated by the intravenous drip,which were 120 cases and accounted for 82. 76%;the most commonly affected organs or sys-tems were skin and its appendages,which accounted for 48. 43%(77 cases). Conclusion Strengthening the monitoring of ADR of traditional Chinese patent medicines and promoting their clinical rational use can reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.
