目的：建立天芎头风片的质量标准。方法采用显微鉴别法对方中全蝎进行鉴别；采用薄层色谱法对方中川芎、延胡索进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法对天芎头风片中天麻素进行含量测定。结果全蝎的显微鉴别方法专属性强，简单可行。川芎、延胡索的薄层色谱鉴别方法斑点清晰，重现性好。天麻素进样量在0.44~1.31μg 范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，r=0.9995；平均回收率为99.76%，RSD=1.17%（ n=6）。结论所建立的方法稳定、准确、重复性好，可用于天芎头风片的质量控制。
목적：건립천궁두풍편적질량표준。방법채용현미감별법대방중전갈진행감별；채용박층색보법대방중천궁、연호색진행정성감별；채용고효액상색보법대천궁두풍편중천마소진행함량측정。결과전갈적현미감별방법전속성강，간단가행。천궁、연호색적박층색보감별방법반점청석，중현성호。천마소진양량재0.44~1.31μg 범위내여봉면적정량호선성관계，r=0.9995；평균회수솔위99.76%，RSD=1.17%（ n=6）。결론소건립적방법은정、준학、중복성호，가용우천궁두풍편적질량공제。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Tianxiong Toufeng Tablets. Methods Scorpio in this preparation was identi-fied by the microscopic identification method;Ligusticum chuanxiong and Rhizoma corydalis were qualitatively identified by TLC;the gastrodin content was determined by HPLC. Results The microscopic identification method of scorpio was strongly specific,simple and feasible;the spots of TLC for identifying Ligusticum chuanxiong and Rhizoma corydalis were clear with good reproducibility. The sample size of gastrodin within the range of 0. 44 -1. 31 μg showed good linear relation with the peak area( r=0. 999 5). The average recov-ery rate of gastrodin was 99. 76%,RSD=1. 17%( n=6). Conclusion The established methods are stable and accurate with good re-producibility,which can be used for the quality control of Tianxiong Toufeng Tablets.
