文章设计制作了一种智能控制的笔记本外置散热器。该散热器系统上位机(即笔记本)通过串口与下位机(即单片机)通信。上位机采用VB编程自制软件系统,通过计算机管理系统WMI及时获取CPU温度,还可以对下位机及散热器进行控制;下位机通过与串口通信及时获取CPU及周围环境温度,并可单独对散热器电动机进行控制,达到最终降温的目的。该散热器设置有三种工作模式:笔记本CPU温度超过周围环境温度30度;笔记本CPU自身温度超过70度;强制工作模式,即强制启动散热器。散热器启动后可以在1分钟内使CPU温度降低15度;另外该散热器还可以起到清除笔记本内部灰尘的作用。

This paper designed a kind of intelligent control notebook external radiator. The host computer of the radiator system machine(the notebook) communicated with the slave computer(SCM) through the serial communication. The host computer had used VB programming homebrew system, which can take the CPU temperature through the WMI,and also can control the SCM and the external radiator. The SCM could timely access to the CPU temperature and the surrounding environment through serial communication, and could separately control on radiator motor, reached the final purpose of cooling. The radiator provided with three working modes:when notebook CPU temperature was above ambient temperature 30 degrees; the notebook CPU's temperature exceeded 70 degrees;mandatory work mode, were forced to start the radiator. The radiator could start in 1 minutes so that the CPU temperature reduced by 15 degree;in addition to the radiator through the fan could also play the role of removing dust notebook.
