设计了一种电热水器远程控制系统,该系统利用Android平台自有的GPRS通信功能和人机交互控件,实现远程开关的控制和传感器的访问,智能手机客户端软件用Android Studio开发。服务器和控制器共用STM32F103型MCU,工业级GPRS模块提供无线网络服务,光耦和可控硅控制加热器开关,DS18B20经防水处理后作为温度传感器。经测试,系统方案可行且工作稳定可靠。该系统是传统电热水器的智能化和网络化改进,电热水器不再需要长期供热,因而能达到节能减排的目的。

A remote control system for electric water heater is designed. The system makes use of the GPRS module built in Android platform and the man-machine interaction control to realize the control of long-distance switch and the accesses to the sensor. The smart phone which operates as a client is developed by Android Studio IDE. The server and controller share the MCU of STM32F103. The industrial grade GPRS module provides wireless network service. Photoelectric coupler and thyristor control the electric heater. A DS18B20 with water-proof treatment is used as the temperature sensor. The system is tested to prove its feasibility and stability. The system is an improvement of traditional electric heater in intelligence and networking. In this case electric water heater is unnecessary to turn on for a long time, realizing energy conservation and emission reduction.
