目的:探讨5种血清肿瘤标志物在肺癌辅助诊断中的应用。方法选取35例肺癌患者、31例肺部良性疾病患者和32例健康成人,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测共98例患者的5种血清肿瘤标志物的水平含量。结果肺癌患者的5种血清肿瘤标志物水平明显高于健康组和良性疾病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CEA、TPS在肺腺癌中的水平和敏感度高于其他类型的肺癌,CYFRA21-1在鳞癌中的水平和敏感度高于其他类型的肺癌,NSE、pro-GRA在小细胞肺癌中的水平和敏感度高于其他类型的肺癌,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NSE、pro-GRA可作为小细胞肺癌检测的首选标志物,CYFRA21-1对鳞癌的诊断有一定作用,CEA和TPS是肺腺癌检测标志物的首选,5种血清肿瘤标志物对于肺癌的辅助诊断都有一定的临床意义。

Objective To study the 5 kinds of serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer auxiliary. Methods 35 cases of patients with lung cancer, 31 cases of patients with lung benign diseases and 32 cases of healthy adults, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection, a total of 98 cases of 5 kinds of serum tumor markers in patients with levels.Results the level of 5 kinds of serum tumor markers in patients with lung cancer are signiifcantly higher than healthy group and benign disease group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05); CEA, TPS level in lung adenocarcinoma and sensitivity is higher than other types of lung cancer, CYFRA21-1 in squamous cell carcinomas of the level and the sensitivity is higher than other types of lung cancer, NSE, pro - GRA in small cell lung cancer in the level and the sensitivity is higher than other types of lung cancer, (P<0.05) difference is statistically signiifcant.Conclusion the NSE, pro - GRA can be used as markers of choice for small cell lung cancer detection, CYFRA21-1 have certain effect to the diagnosis of squamous cell carcinomas, CEA and TPS is the ifrst selection of lung adenocarcinoma detection markers, 5 kinds of serum tumor markers for the auxiliary diagnosis of lung cancer has certain clinical signiifcance.
