目的：研究和探讨不同药物对滴虫性阴道炎患者的临床治疗疗效。方法将我院2012年12月～2014年6月期间收治的滴虫性阴道炎患者，随机抽取74例，做为本次研究对象，按随机双盲法分为观察组与对照组，对照组37例采用甲硝唑栓对其进行治疗，观察组37例采用奥硝唑栓联合加替沙星对其进行治疗，疗程均为7 d，治疗结束后，对两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应进行比较。结果治疗后，观察组患者治愈率及总有效率分别为70.27%（26例）、97.29%（36例），明显高于对照组的45.94%（17例）、78.37%（29例），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应与对照组相比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）具有可比性。结论奥硝唑栓联合加替沙星治疗滴虫性阴道炎，疗效显著，不良反应较少，值得在临床上进行推广应用。
목적：연구화탐토불동약물대적충성음도염환자적림상치료료효。방법장아원2012년12월～2014년6월기간수치적적충성음도염환자，수궤추취74례，주위본차연구대상，안수궤쌍맹법분위관찰조여대조조，대조조37례채용갑초서전대기진행치료，관찰조37례채용오초서전연합가체사성대기진행치료，료정균위7 d，치료결속후，대량조환자적림상료효급불량반응진행비교。결과치료후，관찰조환자치유솔급총유효솔분별위70.27%（26례）、97.29%（36례），명현고우대조조적45.94%（17례）、78.37%（29례），차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조불량반응여대조조상비，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）구유가비성。결론오초서전연합가체사성치료적충성음도염，료효현저，불량반응교소，치득재림상상진행추엄응용。
Objective Research and study the clinical curative effect of different drugs on Trichomonas vaginitis patients.Methods Treated in our hospital from 2012 December to 2014 June period of trichomonas vaginitis patients, 74 patients were randomly selected, as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 37 cases in the control group were treated by Metronidazole Suppositories on, observation of the treatment group of 37 patients treated with Ornidazole miconazole suppository combined with gatilfoxacin, duration of treatment was 7 d, after the end of treatment, compared the clinical effect and adverse reaction of two groups of patients.Results After treatment, patients in the observation group, the cure rate and total effective rate were 70.27% (26 cases), 97.29% (36 cases), signiifcantly higher than the control group 45.94% (17 cases), 78.37% (29 cases), there were signiifcant differences (P<0.05); compared the side effects of the observation group and control group, with no great difference, no statistical signiifcance (P>0.05).Conclusion Ornidazole Suppositories combined with gatilfoxacin in the treatment of trichomonal vaginitis, obvious curative effect, less adverse reaction, is worth in the clinical application.
