目的:观察导管相关感染信息化管理模式对降低重症监护室导管相关感染的效果,评价其作用。方法选取2012年8月~2014年6月重症监护室患者181例,按照随机数字表法分为两组:观察组和对照组,观察组对导管实施信息化管理系统,对照组按照常规进行。观察两组患者导尿管、深静脉导管、人工气道导管置管的时间和感染率。结果观察组患者导管置管时间与对照组患者置管时间相比,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义;观察组患者导管相关感染例数少于对照组,感染率低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论导管相关感染信息化管理模式能减少感染人数,降低感染率,具有临床使用和推广的价值。

목적:관찰도관상관감염신식화관리모식대강저중증감호실도관상관감염적효과,평개기작용。방법선취2012년8월~2014년6월중증감호실환자181례,안조수궤수자표법분위량조:관찰조화대조조,관찰조대도관실시신식화관리계통,대조조안조상규진행。관찰량조환자도뇨관、심정맥도관、인공기도도관치관적시간화감염솔。결과관찰조환자도관치관시간여대조조환자치관시간상비,P>0.05,차이불구유통계학의의;관찰조환자도관상관감염례수소우대조조,감염솔저우대조조,P<0.05,차이구유통계학의의。결론도관상관감염신식화관리모식능감소감염인수,강저감염솔,구유림상사용화추엄적개치。
Objective to observe the informatization management mode of catheter related infections to reduce the effect of intensive care unit catheter related infections, evaluate its effect. SelectionMethods August 2012~ June 2014 intensive care unit, 181 cases of patients, according to random number table method is divided into two groups: observation group and control group, the observation group of catheter information management system, the control shall be carried out in accordance with the routine. Observe two groups of patients with catheter, deep venous catheter, time and rate of artiifcial airway catheter insertion.Results the observation group of patients with catheter insertion time compared with the control group patients with catheter time,P> 0.05, no statistically signiifcant difference; Observation group were less than the control group, patients with catheter related infections infection rate is lower than the control group, P < 0.05, the difference is statistically signiifcant.Conclusion catheter related infections informatization management mode can reduce infections and reduce the infection rate, with the value of clinical use and promotion.
