目的：探讨经鼻内镜中下鼻道开窗治疗非侵袭性真菌上颌窦炎的临床效果进行分析。方法总结分析55例非侵袭性真菌上颌窦炎患者，全部行鼻内镜中下鼻道开窗术，术后定期随访。结果术后随访3个月～24个月（平均12个月），疗效满意，无复发。结论非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎手术治疗过程中充分解除鼻道窦口复合体（OMC）解剖结构异常，彻底清除病灶，恢复鼻窦鼻腔通气引流是关键，经临床实践疗效好，复发率低。
목적：탐토경비내경중하비도개창치료비침습성진균상합두염적림상효과진행분석。방법총결분석55례비침습성진균상합두염환자，전부행비내경중하비도개창술，술후정기수방。결과술후수방3개월～24개월（평균12개월），료효만의，무복발。결론비침습성진균성상합두염수술치료과정중충분해제비도두구복합체（OMC）해부결구이상，철저청제병조，회복비두비강통기인류시관건，경림상실천료효호，복발솔저。
ObjectiveTo investigate the efifcacy and diagnosis method of nasal endoscopy under the nose of fenestration in the treatment of non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis.Methods Counted and analyzed 55 cases of non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis patients with nasal endoscopy , they were treated with nasal endoscopy under the nose of fenestration , regular followed-up after operation.Results The curative effect of the patients after 3 months -24 months (average 12 months) were satisifed and without recurrence.Conclusion Non invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis surgery process to fully release the ostiomeatal complex (OMC) abnormal anatomy, removes the focus thoroughly, restores nasal ventilation and drainage are the key, the clinical practice has good curative effect and low recurrence rate.
