结核病是由结核分枝杆菌引起的慢性传染性疾病，可累及全身各个器官，其中尤以肺结核最为多见。痰中排菌的肺结核患者属传染性肺结核，是造成社会结核病传播和流行的传染源，为首要控制对象，本文报道了荣成六中1例传染性肺结核患者发病情况及其治疗方案，并及时对学校师生采取相关的预防措施，调查结果无一例被传染。如何防止结核病的疫情在学校蔓延，已成为当前结核病控制工作中的一个重要课题。
