目的：采用胶体果胶铋、阿莫西林、克拉霉素、奥美拉唑联合的方法治疗消化性溃疡，并比较其治疗的临床效果。方法选择在本院接受治疗的98例消化性溃疡患者作为本次的研究对象，按照随机投掷的方法分成治疗组与对照组，平均每组49例患者。给与对照组采用阿莫西林、克拉霉素联合奥美拉唑的方法治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加入胶体果胶铋的方法治疗，治疗一段时间后，比较两组患者的；结果治疗组的愈合率（95.92%）明显优于对照组的愈合率（65.31%）；治疗组幽门螺杆菌的清除率（65.31%）明显高于对照组（24.49%），具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论胶体果胶铋在消化性溃疡中起到了至关重要的作用，可以提高溃疡的愈合率，建议广泛使用。
