目的：探讨整体护理对肺结核患者的护理效果。方法选取2013年1月～2014年7月我院接诊的67例肺结核患者，按照入院的先后顺序分为两组，实验组和对照组，对照组采用一般护理方法，实验组采用整体护理方法，观察两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者的治愈有效率明显高于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组患者在病灶恢复情况和护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论整体护理能够提高肺结核患者的治疗有效率，提高患者的满意度。
목적：탐토정체호리대폐결핵환자적호리효과。방법선취2013년1월～2014년7월아원접진적67례폐결핵환자，안조입원적선후순서분위량조，실험조화대조조，대조조채용일반호리방법，실험조채용정체호리방법，관찰량조환자적호리효과。결과실험조환자적치유유효솔명현고우대조조，차이현저，유통계학의의（P<0.05）；실험조환자재병조회복정황화호리만의도명현고우대조조，차이현저，유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론정체호리능구제고폐결핵환자적치료유효솔，제고환자적만의도。
Objective The holistic nursing effect on patients with tuberculosis is to be investigated. Methods Choose 67 patients with tuberculosis who are treated in my hospital from January 2013 to July 2014 and separate them into study group and control group according to patients’ sequence when they are hospitalized,the patients in control group are given general treatment,while patients in study group are given holistic nursing and then compare the treatment effects of the two groups. Results The cure rate in study group is much higher than control group,there is a great differential between two groups,such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05);and patients’ recovery condition and their satisfaction degree in study group is obviously higher than control group,such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05); Conclusion Holistic Nursing is rather effective to cure patients with tuberculosis and improve patients’ satisfaction with treatment;therefore,it is so worthwhile of being promoted.
