目的：探讨妊娠期合并心脏病的临床护理措施。方法对2013年1月～2014年3月收治的妊娠期合并心脏病18患者临床护理资料进行分析。结果18例患者中孕期15例、分娩期2例、产褥期1例；治疗期间平均住院6～15 d，治疗效果满意，无死亡病例。结论通过临床护理工作使采取有效措施减轻心脏负担，防止母体和胎儿的缺氧，患者无感染症状出现。
목적：탐토임신기합병심장병적림상호리조시。방법대2013년1월～2014년3월수치적임신기합병심장병18환자림상호리자료진행분석。결과18례환자중잉기15례、분면기2례、산욕기1례；치료기간평균주원6～15 d，치료효과만의，무사망병례。결론통과림상호리공작사채취유효조시감경심장부담，방지모체화태인적결양，환자무감염증상출현。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures of the pregnancy merge heart disease. Methods To analysis the 18 patients of nursing date from January 2013 to March 2014 with the disease of pregnancy merge heart disease. Results 15 cases of patients were in pregnancy, 2 cases patients were in childbirth, 1 case was in puerperium;the average hospitalized was 6~15 days during the treatment, al the patients felt satisfied on treatment effect , no deaths. Conclusion It is effective to take effective measures to reduce the burden on the heart, prevent the maternal and the fetal hypoxia, al the patients had no infection symptoms appear.
