目的：探究手术治疗胆囊结石的护理措施和效果。方法选取2013年7月～2014年8月收治的96例手术治疗胆囊结石的患者进行护理，随机分组，实验组59例患者采用综合护理，对照组37例患者选择常规护理，观察患者的护理效果。结果实验组护理的总有效率为94.92%，对照组护理的总有效率为81.08%。两组患者的护理效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论手术治疗胆囊结石的患者采用综合护理，可对患者给予术前术后的身体护理和心理护理，促进身体得到良好恢复，减少并发症的出现。

목적：탐구수술치료담낭결석적호리조시화효과。방법선취2013년7월～2014년8월수치적96례수술치료담낭결석적환자진행호리，수궤분조，실험조59례환자채용종합호리，대조조37례환자선택상규호리，관찰환자적호리효과。결과실험조호리적총유효솔위94.92%，대조조호리적총유효솔위81.08%。량조환자적호리효과차이현저，유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론수술치료담낭결석적환자채용종합호리，가대환자급여술전술후적신체호리화심리호리，촉진신체득도량호회복，감소병발증적출현。
Objective The clinical nursing management and effect of surgical treatment in gal stones are investigated. Methods Choose 59 patients with gal stones who are treated in hospital from July 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into control group and study group at random. 59 patients in study group are given comprehensive nursing and 37 patients in control group are given elementary nursing. And then observe the nursing efficiency of two groups. Results The nursing efficiency in study group is up to 94.92%and nursing efficiency in control group is up to 81.08%,there is a nursing differential between the two groups,such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Treat gal stone patients with comprehensive nursing in addition to surgical treatment and what’s more,provide them with pre-operative and post-operative physic and psychological nursing in order to help them get recovery and reduce the complication incidence,such a treatment approach is quite worthy to be promoted.
