将petri网引入溢油应急工作流的建模，以库所、变迁和弧分别表示应急处理中的状态、活动和执行过程，将工作流的业务流转映射为petri网的路由。设计了溢油应急处置总体过程的petri网模型，进行了信息采集和溢油清除的petri网模型的细化表达，使应急系统的业务流转和控制更加顺滑与明晰。

The petri net is introduced into the oil spill emergency workflow modeling;place, transition and arc are employed to represent states, activities and executing processes respectively;and the workflow of the treatment is mapped to the routes in the petri net. Then we design an overall petri net model of oil spill treatment. Furthermore, we make the detailed description of two key petri-net models, information gathering and oil spill cleaning. Our research shows that the modeling based on the petri net can make the workflow procedure and control of the oil spill emergency smoother and more specific.
