目的：探讨肝豆状核变患者的护理方法。方法选取临床2011年3月～2014年3月收治的肝豆状核变性患者26例临床护理资料进行分析。结果所有患者经治疗及护理，临床症状减轻，肝功能好转，饮食改善而出院。结论为患者提供安静、设施安全的病室，以保证正常生活。选择低铜或无铜食物，严格控制铜的摄入。严密观察患者的病情变化，如电解质的变化，增进与患者的沟通。
목적：탐토간두상핵변환자적호리방법。방법선취림상2011년3월～2014년3월수치적간두상핵변성환자26례림상호리자료진행분석。결과소유환자경치료급호리，림상증상감경，간공능호전，음식개선이출원。결론위환자제공안정、설시안전적병실，이보증정상생활。선택저동혹무동식물，엄격공제동적섭입。엄밀관찰환자적병정변화，여전해질적변화，증진여환자적구통。
Objective To study the nursing methods in patients with hepatic bean nucleus changes. Methods To analysis the 26 cases of patient with hepatic bean nucleus changes which were chosen from March 2011 to March 2014.
