建立了气相色谱–质谱法同时测定ABS(丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯)及SAN(苯乙烯–丙烯腈共聚物)塑料中2种残留单体丙烯腈和苯乙烯的方法。用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)萃取,用甲醇将高聚物进行沉淀,分离后取上清液进样分析。丙烯腈及苯乙烯的线性范围为1~500 mg/L,相关系数分别为0.9597和0.9929。加标回收率为82.3%~102.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.74%~2.67%(n=6),检出限(S/N=3)为1.0 mg/kg。该方法灵敏度、准确度高,适合于ABS和SAN中丙烯腈和苯乙烯的检测。

A method was established for the determiantion of residual acrylonitrile and styrene monomer in ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) and SAN (acrylonitrile-styrene) by gas chromatography–mass specrometry. The plastic sample was firstly dissolved by N,N-dimethylformamide, then methanol was added to precipitate the polymer and the supernatant was separated and detected. The linear range of acrylonitrile and styrene was 1.0–500 mg/L,the correlation coefficient were 0.959 7, 0.992 9, respectively. The recoveries ranged from 82.3% to 102.2% with the relative standard deviation of 0.74%–2.67%(n=6) and the detection limit (S/N=3) was 1.0 mg/kg. This method is sensitive and accurate, it is suitable for the detection of acrylonitrile and styrene in ABS and SAN.
