目的：对口腔正畸治疗青少年实施牙周护理的效果进行研究。方法选择在我院接受正畸治疗的青少年患者86例，分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。分别实施常规口腔护理和牙周护理。结果观察组患者口腔治疗计划总时间明显短于对照组；对口腔正畸治疗期间护理的满意度明显高于对照组。结论应用牙周护理模式对接受口腔正畸治疗的青少年患者实施护理的临床效果非常明显。

Objective To study the implementation of periodontal care ef ect on orthodontic treatment of adolescents. Methods 86 patients with adolescent orthodontic treatment in our hospital patients, divided into the observation group and the control group, 43 cases in each group. Were the implementation of conventional oral nursing and periodontal care. Results The observation group of patients with oral treatment planning total time was significantly shorter than the control group;the nursing during orthodontic treatment satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Clinical ef ect of carrying out nursing adolescent patients conclusion application of periodontal care model to accept orthodontic treatment is very obvious.
