目的：对上消化道出血患者的护理方法进行探讨，并对护理体会进行总结。方法选取于2014年1～11月期间在我院接受治疗的33例上消化道出血患者，根据上消化道血患者的临床症状和体征，对患者在常规护理的基础上进行饮食护理、心理护理、急救护理、出院康复指导等一系列的护理措施。结果经过一段时间的治疗以及护理，显效患者25例，有效患者6例，无效患者2例，无死亡病例出现。结论对上消化道出血患者采用合理有效的护理措施有利于患者的治疗，对促进患者早日康复以及提高患者的生活质量有着极其重要的作用。

Objective Nursing approach and its ef icacy in treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding are to be discussed and get nursing experience summarized. Methods Choose 33 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who are treated in hospital from January 2013 to November 2014 and treat these patients with dietary care, psychological care, emergency care, and discharge guidance in addition to conventional nursing on a basis of UGB patients’ clinical symptoms and features. Results With a col ection of nursing and treatment, there are 25 cases of significant ef iciency, 6 cases of ef icacy and 2 cases of inef ectiveness without death case. Conclusion Reasonable and proper nursing is of ef icacy in treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,it is conducive to recovery of patients and improving patients’ quality of life,therefore, proper nursing approach is rather worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinical y.
