目的：观察盐酸氟桂利嗪联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗成人偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取60例患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组。治疗组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪联合布洛芬缓释胶囊口服，对照组只口服盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗，连续用药8周为一个疗程。记录治疗前后的VAS评分。结果盐酸氟桂利嗪与布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗偏头痛8周，两组患者疼痛VAS评分均明显降低，盐酸氟桂利嗪联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗组对比之下效果优于单独用药。数据对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论盐酸氟桂利嗪与布洛芬缓释胶囊联合用药对于成人偏头痛有显著疗效。
목적：관찰염산불계리진연합포락분완석효낭치료성인편두통적림상료효。방법선취60례환자작위연구대상，수궤분위량조。치료조급여염산불계리진연합포락분완석효낭구복，대조조지구복염산불계리진치료，련속용약8주위일개료정。기록치료전후적VAS평분。결과염산불계리진여포락분완석효낭치료편두통8주，량조환자동통VAS평분균명현강저，염산불계리진연합포락분완석효낭치료조대비지하효과우우단독용약。수거대비유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론염산불계리진여포락분완석효낭연합용약대우성인편두통유현저료효。
Objective To observe the curative clinical effects that flunarizine hydrochloride combined with ibuprofen sustained release capsules have on migraine. Methods A total of 60 cases migraine patients were selected ,and randomly divide into two groups. The control group(group flunarizine hydrochloride, 30 cases ) was given flunarizine hydrochloride.The treatment group(group flunarizine hydrochloride combined with ibuprofen sustained release capsules, 30 cases ) added ibuprofen sustained release capsules. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks.This article aims to study the curative effect of two groups of drugs in the treatment of migraine, by comparing VAS pain scores before and after the treatment. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, VAS pain scores of both groups were significantly lower than the level before treatment , and the symptoms improvement of treatment group was more obvious. There was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of flunarizine hydrochloride combined ibuprofen sustained release capsules had a significant effect in the migraine.
