目的：分析老年卒中相关性肺炎应用美罗培南治疗效果。方法随机抽取我院收治的66例老年卒中相关性肺炎患者，经常规治疗同时予以美罗培南治疗。结果66例患者治疗总有效率为86.4%，临床症状均有效改善，3例患者死亡。剩余患者未发生肝肾功能异常情况，4例皮疹患者经抗过敏药物治疗后好转。结论美罗培南治疗老年卒中相关性肺炎疗效显著。

목적：분석노년졸중상관성폐염응용미라배남치료효과。방법수궤추취아원수치적66례노년졸중상관성폐염환자，경상규치료동시여이미라배남치료。결과66례환자치료총유효솔위86.4%，림상증상균유효개선，3례환자사망。잉여환자미발생간신공능이상정황，4례피진환자경항과민약물치료후호전。결론미라배남치료노년졸중상관성폐염료효현저。
Objective To analyze the treatment effect of senile stroke associated pneumonia in application of meropenem. Methods 66 cases of elderly stroke associated pneumonia patients were randomly selected from our hospital, regular therapy at the same time be meropenem. Results 66 patients treated with the total effective rate was 86.4%, clinical symptoms were effectively improved, 3 patients died. The remaining patients without the occurrence of abnormal liver and kidney function, improve the anti al ergic drugs after the treatment of 4 cases of patients with skin rash. Conclusion Meropenem treatment of senile stroke associated pneumonia curative effect is distinct.
