目的：探讨外周中心静脉置管（PICC）的应用及护理。方法对18例PICC置管患者的观察及临床护理进行回顾性分析。结果18例患者中16例置管成功，未发生并发症，有2例病人出现机械性静脉炎，经过治疗恢复正常。结论采用PICC技术结合针对性护理，保护外周血管，避免反复穿刺给患者带来的痛苦，保证各种药物及营养物质的供给，在临床中适应性好。
목적：탐토외주중심정맥치관（PICC）적응용급호리。방법대18례PICC치관환자적관찰급림상호리진행회고성분석。결과18례환자중16례치관성공，미발생병발증，유2례병인출현궤계성정맥염，경과치료회복정상。결론채용PICC기술결합침대성호리，보호외주혈관，피면반복천자급환자대래적통고，보증각충약물급영양물질적공급，재림상중괄응성호。
Objective To discuss the applied and nursing of Peripheral y Inserted Central Catheter(PICC). Methods The retrospective analysis were be used to the clinical observation and nursing about the 18 cases of patients with PICC. Results There are 16 cases with no complications were successful y catheter in the 18 cases. The mechanical phlebitis were taken place in the other 2 cases,while recuperated them health from the treatment. Conclusion The technique of PICC combined with pointed nursing can protect the peripheral vascular and avoid the agony of repeater puncture. It can ensure the supply of al kinds of drugs and nutrients and widely used in clinical application.
